We interviewed several candidates, but Jo Lynn’s expertise and enthusiasm set her apart. Our primary goal with the project was to communicate our mission while building brand equity. It was a daunting task, which she accepted enthusiastically.

After careful research and planning, Jo Lynn developed a detailed strategy. She covered all aspects of the re-branding to ensure it was not a simple agency facelift. Once the brand identity was established, it was imperative we deliver our brand promise. To that end, Jo Lynn worked with executive management to facilitate an organizational culture change that improved the client experience, quality of service delivery, and customer relations.
